From the center of Proença-a-Nova go through the various points of the Roteiro das Artes, including the sculpture of Carlos Farinha on the Cortiçada, the monuments of homage to the combatants of the First World War and the Overseas War, the intervention of Yola Vale on the Escadinhas do Duke, among others. Alternatively, we suggest -here is the circular pedestrian path PR5 [11.4 km] - Rota dos Recantos e Encantos. From the River Beach of Alvito da Beira, go through the green valley along old levadas that connected the villages of Alvito, Lameiro da Mó and Cova do Alvito.

After a fresh lunch, head to the Centro Ciência Viva da Floresta where the invitation is to try, touch and feel the forest, with activities available for the whole family. Stop in the village of Figueira, near Sobreira Formosa, member of the Schist Villages Network of Portugal.

If you have a more adventurous spirit, you can try the Tandem jump at the Proença-a-nova aerodrome.
