In Oleiros, on the first day, visit the white schist village of Álvaro. Then, visit the Praia Fluvial de Álvaro, Praia Fluvial Açude Pinto, or Praia Fluvial de Cambas. These are the ideal places for a morning of rest in contact with nature, since they are spaces practically unaltered by the human hand. Take the opportunity to have lunch in the region and taste the typical goat kid, for this you must reserve your place 48 hours in advance. During the afternoon, go through the newly built 1T4T walkways, which will take you to the Fraga da Água d'Alta waterfall, in a linear route, with a length of about 9km.
On the second day, in Proença-a-Nova get to know the Praia Fluvial de Fróia, the Praia Fluvial de Cerejeira, or Malhadal. Do not miss the opportunity to taste a traditional sweet, the bowl. Take advantage of the afternoon to discover the secrets of the Vale do Almourão (walking route), along the rugged slope of the Serra das Talhadas, along the Ocreza River. During this journey, observe the stunning Portas de Almourão.
On the third day, in Vila Velha de Ródão, visit the Foz do Cobrão Bathing Area, located on the banks of the Cobrão stream. For lunch we suggest you to try the delicious fish soups. Do not end your day without taking the route of Caminho das Virtudes, a circular route, which will allow you to walk the paths inserted in an imposing landscape, flanked by the Portas de Ródão Natural Monument. You can also choose to take a boat trip, starting at the Fluvial Wharf and passing through the Portas de Ródão Natural Monument.
