9.00-9.30 - Reception of visitors and introduction to the experience;
9:30 - 12:30 -V Visit Melaria to understand the whole process that the honey goes through until it reaches the table (to be confirmed). Tasting of honeys produced in the region with explanation of sensory analysis.
13: 00-14: 30 - Lunch in Castelo Branco;
15:00 - 17:30 Visit to the Oil Mill, with tasting and sensory analysis of olive oil according to the varieties of olives produced in the region;
9:30 - 10:00 Visit to the Cheese Shop with observation of the artisanal production method and the different types of curing. Tasting of typical cheeses from the region, produced by hand;
12:30 Lunch in Castelo Branco in a restaurant that uses the three products in the regional- menu to validate the restaurant, as part of the platform network.
14:30 - Free afternoon to visit the city of Castelo Branco.
