In the heart of the NaturTejo Geopark, in the so-called Zona do Pinhal, in Roqueiro you will find the Appalachian Winery, on the edge of the Serra do Moradal.
The Appalachian Wine Cellar came to life in mid-2016, in a land where traditions took shape in shale stone. The space excels in comfort, with informal tones, giving the visitor the feeling of a trip to the origins, through objects that resemble stories from other times.

The terrace, heated in summer and winter, allows you to take in the view over the mountains, where the Great Route - GR 38 shows the oldest route in the world, on the Portuguese route of the famous Appalachian International Trail.
