Emídio Martins, ex-official of the Portuguese Navy, toured the seven corners of the world. During his travels he learned to make the typical dishes of each country he visited. Meanwhile he decided to set up his restaurant in the city of Castelo Branco. He specialized in regional dishes and typical dishes from the Azores, a land that was his home for many years.
In this menu you will find a typical Portuguese dish, Bacalhau à Marinheiro, and also a typical Azorean dish: Alcatra.
