At about 660 meters of height, from this place you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over several towns of the municipality of Oleiros and neighboring counties, with the magnificent Serra da Estrela as its horizon. Characterized by unparalleled natural beauty, it allows to give all visitors unique sensations.

The area surrounding the equipment has some rocky outcrops and is covered by shrubby vegetation. The revitalization and requalification of this space arose from the use of existing natural resources through the construction of schist walls, placement of removable garden elements, incorporation of existing vegetation in the region and appropriate to the local conditions.

The Mosqueiro picnic area is composed of varied spaces including the viewpoint, contemplation area, picnic area, sanctuary, support facilities and parking.
